An index to the proposals from 1979 through the Present
The governance procedures for the ACC Proposals began in 1979. The College Archives, located in the Gallucci-Cirio Library, houses the original proposals (1979 to the present), and includes the committees' actions and the President's decisions. The proposals are arranged by number/year and the actions are arranged by date.
This is an index to the ACC proposals from 1979 to the present. While there are ACC proposals from 1974-1979 official sanction by the Collective Bargaining Agreement did not begin until Sept. 1979.
The index includes the proposal number, the titles/subject, the action taken by the ACC and the date it occurred, and the President’s action and date of the decision. The committee and sub-committee either recommended approval or non-approval, edited the proposal, or tabled the proposal. The President would approve/accept the ACC’s suggestion, reject it, or edit it. Some proposals, specifically 2004 and 2005 will also have the committee’s action on the transmittal form. It may be necessary to read the transmittal form for amendments or votes if those actions do not appear in the minutes
Blank spaces indicate either no activity taken on the proposal or there was no written documentation of activity on the proposal. The proposals, minutes of the ACC and the various sub-committees, and correspondence relating to the ACC proposals are in paper format and are located in the College’s Archives Collection.
