The College Archives houses the Graduate Council proposals (no student petitions) and includes the committees' actions and the President's decisions. The proposals are arranged by number/year and the actions are arranged by date.
The following is an index to the Graduate Council proposals from 1993 to the present.
The index includes the proposal number, the titles/subject, the action taken by the Graduate Council and the date it occurred. The committee either recommended approval or non-approval, edited the proposal, or tabled the proposal. The President would approve/accept the suggestion, reject it, or edit it. It may be necessary to read the transmittal form for amendments or votes if those actions do not appear in the minutes.
Blank spaces indicate either no activity taken on the proposal or there was no written documentation of activity on the proposal. The minutes of the Council and the correspondence relating to the Graduate Council proposals are in paper format and are located in the College’s Archives Collection.
