Public Relations: Electronic Bulletin Board Request Form

Fitchburg State College has installed a number of flat screen televisions across campus to serve as an electronic bulletin board system. The electronic bulletin boards allow the college, its departments, offices and student organizations to promote their activities and events.

As with all campus publications, the bulletin board system represents the college's visual identity. Presenting a strong visual identity is a critical part of our efforts to promote the college, recruit students and display a high level of excellence. The slides placed on the bulletin board system must follow college text, logo and design requirements. [Sample Slide]

To submit information to the electronic bulletin board, please follow these steps:

Fill out the form below. Please keep the information simple; people only have a few seconds to look at your slide before a new one appears.
You may submit photography. Clip art and logos may not be used. Photography must be in a high resolution format, at least 300 dpi and at least 4 by 5 inches. Photos taken from the Internet are strongly discouraged because those images are often sized too small for publications.
Please submit information at least 10 days before your event to allow for slide creation. We will run slides during the week before your event.
